Tamika Crosbie - Director

Born in Hobart, Tamika trained as a classical singer at Melbourne University earning a Bachelor of Music. On returning to Tasmania, Tamika worked as a voice specialist, performer, choral and musical director at her studio, The Friends' School, St Michael's Collegiate, Rosny college, and most theatre companies across Hobart. 

Moving to Sydney in 2022, Tamika has quickly gained positions in a number of schools including International Grammer School, Reddam House, Tangara School for Girls and The Jazz Factory. During this time producing & directing a number of Musicals, leading multiple choirs and vocal groups as well as mentoring countless individual students throughout their artistic journey.

A gifted and versatile vocalist, Tamika has performed across many genres including opera, operetta, musical theatre and contemporary music with the likes of the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra, Melbourne Opera Company, Hip Pocket Opera, Hobart Baroque, and Allegri. Performances in Tasmania Festivals; Broadway to Australia, Festival of Voices, MOFO Faux Mo, and the Shakespeare Festival. Creative and Musical Theatre performances for Bijou Creative, Gilbert and Sullivan Society, Hobart Repertory Society, and both the Melbourne and Tasmania Conservatorium.
